The goal of the Small Business Division is to monitor and enforce compliance with the Small Business Program Municipal Code. The purpose of the Small Business Program is to serve the public interest by spurring economic development through encouraging small businesses to locate and remain in Palm Beach County, especially in the City of West Palm Beach.
